At Audo Copenhagen, we strive for perfection in every design; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all products are in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal to initiate your request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Audo Copenhagen boxes, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
